- Resident completes/submits Roof Access form at least two (2) calendar days before requiring access.

- Receives a copy of the submission for record keeping.
- Board of Directors
- Evaluates request.
- Replies via email (Reply All) to submitter & manager with any additional information or conditions as specified by the BOD.

As a condition of the request, you must provide the following pre-access warning to all persons who will access the roof “You are authorized to access the specified portion of the NuGrape roof for the specified date/time only. The roof surface is very thin and every footstep requires caution. Do not walk on bubbled surfaces; popped bubbles will cause the roof to leak and you and your company could be held liable for any damage you may cause. Walk on the provided walking pads and designated areas. Minimize the number of people on the roof – if not required to be on the roof, please stay on the roof deck!”

- NOTE: As of 9/15/2020, third floor residents are automatically notified about the request upon submission of the form.
- If third floor resident identifies persons on the roof and no notification has been provided, third floor resident shall IMMEDIATELY notify the BOD/Manager with number of people on the roof, the company name, and the NuGrape contact name provided by the vendor.
