Procedure for Committee Application

  1. BOD to review committee application in advance of next scheduled BOD meeting.
    • BOD to decide if interview with committee representative(s) is required.
  2. If necessary, BOD to schedule committee interview with committee representative(s). 
    • When scheduled, BOD to respond back to Committee Leader with date options.
  3. If the BOD approves creation of this Committee:
    1. Administrator adds new committee option to “Join a committee” form on nugrape.condos (Jotform).
    2. Administrator adds the committee leader to the “Committee” role on nugrape.condos.
