2019 Annual Scope & Goals

The committee will…

1. Get input from design professionals by 8/30.
   • Design to consider its short-term place within larger interior redesign – areas of consideration:  lobby design, hallway design, lighting design, wall covering, flooring, etc.
2. Select the paint colors to be used on the interior of the building by 9/30.
   • Solicit feedback from HOA.
3. Provide BOD with options including samples and costs.
4. Ensure all areas/sections/elements are clearly articulated to contractors including sensitive areas that are not to be painted (i.e. brick, original posts, etc.)
5. Complete painting project by end of year.
