- All fees are non-refundable
- As of September 1, 2020, mobile access credentials are transferable to a different device. If your device is lost, stolen, you upgrade to a different device, you remove/reinstall the mobile access application, or you factory-reset your mobile device, your credential can be transferred to a new device at no additional fee.
- As of September 1, 2020, mobile access credentials have become an annual subscription service. All subscriptions at NuGrape renew each year on September 1. Subscribers and corresponding owners acknowledge that the subscription for each credential is automatically renewed by the HOA at the then-current annual subscription fee. Each owner agrees that, upon initial request and each automatic renewal, the fee for each annual credential subscription associated with the Unit is specifically assessed against the Unit unless the subscriber or Owner requests to cancel all mobile access credentials no less than 30 days prior to the annual subscription renewal date. The subscription fee applies to full or partial year subscription and is not pro-rated.
- To “Unsubscribe” from annual renewal, all mobile credentials for a Unit must be “Cancelled” through nugrape.condos before August 1.
- If requesting a mobile credential, once the credential invitation is emailed and a mobile ID is reserved, you have 7 days to redeem the invitation before the reserved mobile credential expires. If the mobile ID reservation expires before it is redeemed, you will need to re-request the mobile credential.
