Policy updates to support parking on NuGrape property


Based on feedback from the community, the limited common element allocation framework has been updated and expanded so that owners all have a common understanding of the parameters the Board could use for fair allocation (conversion or lease) of common elements based on market value. The framework includes flexibility in the allocation process while protecting fairness for all owners. The methods include raffles or auctions so that, when there is an expressed need, the Board can maximize income for the Association.

The east parking area includes three parking spaces. The furthest east space (to the right of the concrete bollard) encroaches on Beltline property. Because of this, it is expected that it may not always be available to NuGrape.
