Proxy Information


If you are unable to attend the meeting (in-person or virtually) and you would like for your vote to be counted, you must complete a proxy document.

This document can be written on any single piece of paper and must include all of the following: 

  1. Your Unit number 
  2. Your printed first and last name (proxy giver) 
  3. The first name and last name of the owner, owner’s spouse, or domestic partner of an owner you are allowing to vote on your behalf (proxy holder) 
  4. Your handwritten signature
  5. The date you signed (month, date, year)

Complete the form below and an eProxy will be sent to you to complete and sign.

Whichever way you choose to proxy, it is your responsibility to submit a proxy information in a timely manner.

IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT PROXIES: 

  • Proxies must be received no later than 5:00 PM EST on the date of the meeting. Proxies will NOT BE ACCEPTED during the meeting. 
  • Paper Proxies may be delivered by personal delivery (by hand), U.S. mail or facsimile transmission to any Board member or the property manager.   
  • Scanned paper Proxies, photos of paper proxies, and eProxies may be sent as an attachment by email from the proxy giver’s email address to either the Board at bod@nugrape.condos -OR- the property manager at elizabeth@myardent.com.
  • The property management company is authorized to act on behalf of the Secretary to collect proxies. As such, to facilitate full transparency, both the property management company and the Board of Directors all shall be accountable to cross-reference the received proxies prior to opening of the meeting.
  • Eligible proxy holders will cast their vote at the meeting and their vote will be counted once for themselves and once for each eligible proxy giver.
  • The Proxy may be revoked only by the proxy giver by written notice delivered to any Board member or the property manager.
  • The proxy shall automatically be revoked:
    • If the proxy giver attends the meeting in-person or;
    • If a later dated duly completed proxy is delivered to any Board member or the property manager.
