NuGrape Access Policy

The NuGrape access policy incorporates both door access as well as guest call box policies into a unified structure.  The policy bases the available access type options (mobile phone, FOB, call box access codes, call to enter, etc.) on who is accessing the building (residents – owner, spouse/partner, children, tenant; and non-residents – vendors, visitors, etc.).

Virtual Keys

Virtual keys are a way for residents to provide access to visitors so they can enter NuGrape on their own.  Virtual keys can be one-time, one-day, specified days/times, and recurring.  Virtual keys can be scheduled up to a year in advance.  NuGrape owner-residents have requested the BOD/HOA management have insight into the number of virtual keys issued and have requested limits on “long-term virtual keys” (those which have an expiration date of more than a month). There is no limit to the number of “short-term virtual keys” which can be issued. Each call box account holder can also have up to three “long-term virtual keys” active at any one time. If a call box account holder has more than three “long-term virtual keys”, the BOD/HOA management can ask for the account holder to reduce the number of “long-term virtual keys” to three or less.
